“We enjoyed ourselves very much.... Spacious and unique. Though, those that can't handle noise may want to stay elsewhere. We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! It is in the middle of so many things to do! ”

“Book it! This house has been beautifully remodeled and makes great use of its space. 10 of us stayed for 3 nights while attending our son’s basketball tournament in Wichita. Andover was perfect to be in a smaller community that still had plenty of places to shop and eat while still being very close to our gym in Wichita. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and it’s very easy to get on the highway to head into Wichita. We walked to the Braum’s that’s super close two nights and the boys……

“Very unique, comfortable stay! I worked in downtown Wichita and was able to walk to work and back each day. I had groceries delivered and cooked each night. I also used and appreciated the washer/drier. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores along the walk. It's also in an art oriented area so there were a ton of cool murals and art.features to explore. The house is beautifully decorated and the garage space is such a cool hang out spot! “A very nicely appointed apartment with living area, tv, adjoining bedroom and bath. The kitchen is very nice and has utensils, plates, coffee maker, etc. and packets of popcorn ready to go. I found no pots or pans but the microwave is very good. The place is very clean.The shower stall is small and not designed for big people. The area where the apartments are located is at first a bit intimidating but further driving shows that they are just two blocks from some very nice homes and, when……

“I had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and made exploring the area super convenient. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and overall a good value for the price.A couple of things to note: it can get pretty loud when guests are staying in the upstairs unit, so if you’re sensitive to noise, that might be something to consider. “The home was in a nice safe area, the perfect central location to Wichita and all of the big basketball gyms. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It had a small kitchen to cook for my team. Had a large dining table for everyone to eat together. The kids had a big TV to watch in the living area with plenty of seating. It easily sleeps 6 people, maybe up to 8 if you are creative. The air conditioning was frosty cold. There was a nice washer and dryer to keep our towels fresh all the time. Several nice parks……
