Restaurants, Aldi and Edekamarkt with a bakery are within a 10-minute walk. Good connection to the Usedom spa railway, the train station is about 7 minutes away on foot.

On the ground floor there is the bright and pleasantly furnished living area with a cozy couch corner, coffee table, sideboard and satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc.) and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom for 3 people with a double bed and a single bed, a large wardrobe and other small storage options. The guest toilet is also upstairs. The holiday home has a furnished terrace with a barbecue in the garden and a carport as a parking space.
