Located on the first floor of the house this old style apartment of over 100m2 will be ideal for a family who wants to discover the 2 Savoie.
You will be 18 km from Lake Annecy, at the foot of the Aravis and Beaufortin mountains while enjoying the shops and cinema of a small town.
With a large terrace, a kitchen and a dining room of 35m2, you will have available a large and comfortable living space
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with recent bedding. The heating is radiators in all rooms

Schöne Wohnung mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Einrichtung ist älter und stilvoll. Balkon, Wohnzimmer und Küche sind auch so groß, dass wir zu 5 Personen gemütlich sitzen konnten. Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell in den Bergen und am See. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Nicht ganz ideal sind Küche (könnte sauberer und etwas besser ausgestattet sein) und Toilette (ziemlich eng und innenliegend ohne Fenster). Wir haben die Zeit dort aber alle sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen.
