「The area is nice with kind of bungalows in a well-maintained garden area. Pool is great, Gym is old and to be used with care. We booked the 3 days stay with breakfast, which is just very basic and each day the same, however allows a good start in the day. Room is nicely made but lacks on repairs and maintenance. 「I stayed at Kaliwa Lodge for 4 nights and was impressed by the tranquil and peaceful environment. The terrace is a great place to watch the sacred Mountain Kilimanjaro at different times of the day, and be connected to the nature. I brought along my yoga mat to practise on the terrace every morning. Food is great too, they prepared wonderful vegetarian food for me on request everyday. Staff is very nice and treat every guest with their heart. I really enjoyed staying at Kaliwa Lodge. 」
