Welcome to your relaxing escape in the heart of Uitgeest’s harbor! These beautifully designed semi-detached homes put you right by the water’s edge, offering constant views of sailing boats and the calm activity of the marina. With a modern open kitchen, large windows, and stylish décor, your home away from home is both inviting and filled with natural light. The ground floor features two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom, while the upstairs primary suite offers direct access to a shared rooftop terrace—the perfect spot to sip wine at sunset.

Situated on the shores of the Uitgeestermeer, this holiday home is a dream for water lovers and explorers. Whether you're kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the views from your private terrace, the setting is peaceful and charming. Bring your furry friends along—this area is especially pet-friendly! Explore the pet-welcome paths around the lake or let them run free at the nearby Zwaansmeer dog-friendly park just minutes away.

You won’t need to wander far for good food. Just a stroll away, Restaurant 't Schippersrijk offers delicious local cuisine with waterside dining. For more options, head into Uitgeest village or nearby Alkmaar to enjoy cafes, cheese markets, and Dutch specialties. We had a lovely time here! It was quiet and beautiful to walk around the area. Not far to get to Amsterdam by car and enjoy the bustle of the city then back to country life. Lovely to have the rooftop deck, amenities were great!
