Check in was a nightmare. I booked the room because it is listed on Expedia as pet friendly. Showed up, front desk agent tells us that no pets are allowed. Upon finding this out, they don't want to cancel our booking or provide a refund. I contact Expedia and ask them why the hell it is listed as pet friendly, Expedia calls the front desk, and all of a sudden, then hotel IS pet friendly. So we pay to just bring in one pet. Now the problem is that we are not allowed to keep any pets in the van (we had 4 so we were leaving the adults in the van and bringing the puppy inside) and they were trying to force us to bring ALL the pets inside and charge us $25 per pet, threatening to kick us out of the room with no refund if they dogs were to bark. After some back and forth, and another call from Expedia in which they refused to refund us and cancel the booking, they agreed to "letting us do what we want with our own pets". Finally get into the room about 1 hour later. I leave the room for a minute, and when I get back, the key doesn't open the door. Another hour and 3 employees later, I have to move rooms because the door wouldn't open. Horrible experience. Never again. At this point, I won't even be booking through Expedia since they are absolutely useless in the case that something doesn't go as planned.
