今回で５回目の滞在。古いがメンテナンスされており、部屋も清潔で暖房も良く効いていました。ウェブ会議時のWifi接続も問題無く、快適な滞在でした。 朝食会場が日本食レストラン（居酒屋？）に変わっており、昼食や夕食時に営業（夜は１０時３０分ラストオーダー？？）。普通に美味しく頂いたが、値段はUBの日本食などと同様にやや高めの設定（ショウガ焼セットと生ビール小で、２２００円）。外が最低マイナス３０℃で積雪かつ凍結しており、外出しにくかったので、ホテル内に日本食レストランがあるのはありがたかったです。 朝食内容は昨年夏までと同じく、卵料理やパン、ヨーグルト、ご飯、暖かいおかずなどでした。

Great place
Delayed flights had me arriving very late so i couldn't get to my apartment, so i needed late chdck in and good services. This place was incredible. Very comfortable room good service and the staff are all friendly people. Really wonderful

大分設備自体は古くなりましたが、部屋には必要な物が揃っており、シャワーのお湯の量も充分。無料の朝食も品数は多くは無いですが、具だくさんのオムレツやご飯、サラダ、スープなど美味しく、価格に見合っていると思います。朝食が週末は午前８時から開始なのは、少し困りました。スタッフの対応も和やかでとても良かったです。また、出張の際には、利用させて頂きます。

It was a good, inexpensive hotel in an excellent location. The bed was comfortable, not a rock-hard mattress. The breakfast was good too. When I'm traveling with my wife and daughter, I usually stay at the Blue Sky, which is basically across the street, because it has a pool. However, for solo trips or without my daughter, we'll stay here instead. It's all you need in a hotel, as long as you don't need a pool.

over-priced and over-rated
I found this place, kind an over-priced and over-rated place. This place should be at least an 2 stars place but they are trying to charging like 5 stars. The building and the rooms and everything was very old. All the furnitures and furnishings in the room was very old an tired., my bed was not comfy. the wi-fi and water pressure was very weak. the walls was very very thin so you can hear everything from the next rooms which is really annoying at the night. avoid from the 3 rd floor because there was an restaurant at the 2 nd floor so the smells at the corridors. and there was an construction at the next side and try avoid from them. There will be a no next time and will never suggest to my any of the friend. You can find more decent places with their price.

Great small hotel. Unfortunately, the showers were like warm out first day and there was a person smoking next to a no smoking sign. The showers were hot by our 2nd day. Unsure why they were not previously hot.

Gute Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Hauptstrasse und dem Main Square entfernt. In Gehdistanz ist die Shangri-La Mall sowie das Urgoo 3 Kino. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht inklusive Minibar. Frühstück war vielfältig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dear Guest, As we inform our guests upon check in process, we have no floor drains in all bathrooms like Korea, or other Asian counties. Therefore, we advise all guests to use shower curtain inside the tub while taking shower to prevent from water leakage. 総合的に満足できるホテル。
ダウンタウンにあり、便利。空港からタクシーでスプリングスホテルと告げると連れて行ってくれる。大体交渉で２万ツグルグぐらい。シャングリラホテルの斜め向かいぐらい。近くにライブハウスがあった。 部屋はやや古いが、必要最小限のものはそろっている。清潔な感じであった。 NHKワールドが見れる。ミニバーつきであった。 小さなホテルだったので心配だったが、出発日は朝4時半にモーニングコールをしてくれ、タクシーを呼んでおいてくれた。その辺は親切だった。メインストリートの平和通りに近く、コンビニやレストランも近い。 夜中でも人通りが多く、治安はよかった。地下のマッサージは本格的＋アルファあり。朝食はビッフェタイプ、まあまあの品ぞろえで、洋風のものが多かった。 コーヒーがなかったのは残念であった。湯沸かし器があったので、カップ麺などが作れる。 2階にはコリアンレストランがはいっていた。 これで5千円台は安い、と思う。 ロビーはガードマンと受付の人2人だけで閑散としているが、セキュリティはしっかりしていると思う。 WIーFI あり、スピードはふつうぐらいか。 シャンプーはややチープな感じのものであったので、神経質なひとは持参すべきです。
