Overlooking the north end of Mollymook Beach, this is an outstanding location. Wander to the beach in the day and enjoy the local famous eateries at night. Every water sport is at your fingertips in the crystal clear waters of Mollymook. From surfing, swimming and scuba diving to kayaking, water or jet-skiing and sailing, it's all available. Beautiful walks, golf and mountain biking are also popular local pursuits.

Mollymook with its shops and cafes, and a nearby supermarket are close, as is the lawn bowls club with its bistro. At night you are spoilt for choice. Bannisters Pavilion, the popular Gwylo fusion restaurant and Rick Stein at Bannisters are all within walking distance.

Further afield you can explore other wonderful beaches, such as Narrawallee or enjoy the art galleries and antique shops of Milton, just a short drive away. Ulladulla, also not far, provides all the amenities of a larger town including boutiques, supermarkets and more.
