Situated at the north end of Mollymook Beach is this super-sized six-bedroom holiday home. Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the deck and recently renovated upstairs living areas. Offering the flexibility of both upstairs and downstairs living this truly spacious home is the perfect accommodation for the larger family. Enjoy large spacious open plan living and dining room with large dining table to enjoy family meals, the living room has a new smart tv and comfortable lounges. The kitchen includes cooktop and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Choose from two decks to sit and relax in the sun!
There is two driveways to park your cars and a double garage to store all your beach toys.
Additional features
Linen is provided at this property, just bring your own beach towels.
Zero co. products shampoo, conditioner, bodywash & laundry detergent all provided.

Huge light beach house with views
It’s a beautiful house for a group of friends or a large or a few families. Located close to shops and beach. Has big living space and outdoor deck with great light and views. Gorgeous bathrooms. Great beds and linen. Quality kitchen. We relaxed. Bbq Ed. Great dinners. Swam and surfed. Awesome.

house condition
We were 5 ladies so house a good size . Single bed mattresses need up dating . The kitchen needs more basic equipment; tea pot , coffee machine and update on crockery. Some vertical blinds were broken . We would have paid more for these things to be updated and in better condition. Some skirting boards needs cleaning , build up of dust in single room behind bed . The house is in great location and we enjoyed our stay .

Great place on a budget
Great house, and cheap for the location and the size. The property is dated but as expected given the price. The BBQ needed a proper clean of the drip tray and was not useable but apart from that everything was as expected and good value for money for a large group.

Great house and fabulous location close to the beach
The house was great for our group of nine adults. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors with two large balconies to relax. Well equipped and large bbq. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend away with everything on your doorstep.
The house was perfect in size and location to get together with my family and a few friends for a weekend away. Plenty of space to relax, look at the view and catch up.
It was only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach to catch a wave, same to the local cafe with the best chorizo rolls, and to local shops. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!
A fabulous holiday house that is central to everything. We loved spending time on the balcony and walking down to North Mollymook. We had a fantastic two weeks!!

Great location, spacious accomodation
This house has a great location, a short walk 4 minute to the patrolled beach and a 2 minute walk to the Mollymook shops and cafe. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels which work well for the larger family or 2 families. There are ocean views from the kitchen, dining, lounge rooms and the front balcony. The rear balcony is very pleasant on a warm summer morning. The kitchen is well equipped. The house overall is very comfortable and a great location for a relaxing holiday.

Wonderful view Comfortable Big Home
We stayed with a group of 12 friends on ANZAC day long weekend.
The house has great view and short stroll to beach.Comfortable very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Absolutely perfect for our group or big family.We would certainly stay again
