    Spacious Open-Plan Living:
    Enjoy the large living, dining, and kitchen area, ideal for relaxing and socializing. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

    Two Luxurious King Bedrooms:
    Both bedrooms come with king-size beds, private balconies, and ample storage.

    The master bedroom also includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

    Family-Friendly Third Bedroom:
    The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.

    Modern Bathrooms:
    Along with the master ensuite, there is a stylish family bathroom and an additional Wc on the ground floor.

    Full private use of the whole property.

    Available by phone or message at anytime.

    We charge a refundable security deposit of £500. This is handled by placing temporary hold for the amount on a card of your choice. The hole will be released 24h after check out.

    Alternatively we offer a non refundable damage waiver for £25. This will cover all accidental damage that may be caused during your stay. Please not this does not cover intentional damage or mistreatment of the home.

Great stay!

This property is well presented and feels homely. The location is perfect to explore the Lake District and surrounding areas with the river running behind the property a lovely touch. The area is otherwise quite and serves as a perfect retreat. Everything we could have needed was provided and communication with the host was always prompt. .

Wonderful Lake District retreat!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation with a modern interior and a very homely feel. The perfect home away from home, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Situated in a gorgeous rural area, the property has stunning river views to the rear (the master bedroom balcony is the perfect breakfast spot). Perfect location for exploring the Lake District with Windermere only 20 minutes away. Wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. We have already booked our next trip as we cannot wait to return! No criticisms at all, but do feel the master bedroom could benefit from having a TV (this is of course personal preference but we do like to watch tv in bed). Also would have really liked a late checkout but understood this was not possible in this occasion.
