The air-conditioned, comfortable accommodation of 34 m2 consists of a bedroom of 16 m2, with a double bed (160x200), a single bed (80x190) with wardrobes and bedside tables, bed linen is provided (weekly change). The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet and outside window (3 m²) as well as bath towels, one per person, are provided (weekly change). The living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates and cutlery, pots and pans and a dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. The living area is equipped with a futon, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and access to the terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs and parasol.

The flat is located in Bašanija, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with lots of greenery all around, which stimulates and promotes physical well-being. The pine forest is known for the treatment of respiratory diseases dating back to the Austro-Hungarian period, thanks to the air in this area, which has an ideal concentration of herbs and sea aerosols for breathing. The area is characterised by lush Mediterranean vegetation full of laurel trees, palm trees, various types of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses.
The coast is mostly rocky, with small sandy beaches in the surrounding bays. Bassania offers ideal conditions for windsurfing: almost constant winds close to the coast, suitable for beginners and wide for experts. The oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic is the town's most famous and most visited attraction. The town has a post office, restaurants, grocery shops, pizzerias, bars, bakeries and wine bars. The harbour of Savudrija is about 3 km away, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fisherman. The centre of Umag is 8 km away, where you will find the largest and most convenient supermarkets
