Amazing!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this property. It had space for all of us to retreat, had a fun pool, fully equipped kitchen for us to cook and Umag is close by. We had a lovely time, thank you 😊

Lovely modern comfortable villa

We had a great holiday at villa Niz. The villa is very spacious, modern and clean, very comfortable beds and settee and a great pool. The only real downsides were the mosquitos and insects and we had to use the car to get everywhere as the roads aren't practical for walking along.

Beautiful house only 500 m from the cycle path.

The house was clean and the beds comfortable, just like a hotel. Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly; we would have appreciated more kitchen utensils (e.g., a blender). But we especially liked the fantastic pool; it's not too warm, providing a welcome way to cool off. The location is exactly as described, and the road isn't busy enough to be annoying. We were more bothered by the humming noises from the surrounding area, but that's always to be expected. There were only two of us, so there were moments of peace and quiet, which is certainly different when traveling with several people; you certainly don't notice it as much here.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Bilder entsprechen dem was man bekommt. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Genau richtig zum entspannen. Mit dem Auto ist man 10 min in umag. Man kann sich gut selber versorgen. Alles prima.

Wer es ruhig mag, abseits des Trubels ist genau richtig hier. Das Haus ist super und auch klimatisiert. Was sehr wichtig ist. Bei Lage gab es 1 Stern weniger den es nur dann gegeben hätte, wenn man direkt das Meer davor hatte. Umag ist in 10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es hat uns super gefallen, da kein Lärm von der Straße oder Ähnliches hatte. Natur Erholung pur. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Modernes großes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool

Sehr schönes, modernes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Pro Schlafzimmer ist jeweils ein vollständiges Bad angegliedert, ein Gäste-WC gibt es zusätzlich. Alles wirklich sehr modern. Kontakt mit Vermieterin unkompliziert und nett. Pool und Alleinnutzung. Etwas abgelegen, deswegen ist ein Auto erforderlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Toller, sehr gut ausgestatteter Bungalow. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Küche, Wohnzimmer etc sehr gut ausgestattet, alle.gergeräumig. Eigener Pool. Etwas abgelegen. Auto drungend ergirderlich.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos sowohl bei der Ankunft, wie auch bei der Abreise. Haus und Pool sauber. Vermieter immer sofort vor Ort wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Betten incl. Matratzen waren beste Wahl. Küche voll ausgestattet. Leider fehlte der Wäschetrockner. Ansonsten eine klare Weiterempfehlung und nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Vermieter. Leider weiß ich nicht einmal seinen Namen, Ihm ist es aber zu verdanken, dass die 14 Tage Urlaub ein voller Genuss waren. Vielen Dank dafür. Spengler

Sehr schöne und saubere Villa mit Pool

Alles in allem eine tolle und sehr saubere Villa mit tollem Garten und Pool. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch Marco und seine Frau haben schnell bei Problemen vor Ort geholfen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, allerdings wird ein Auto unbedingt benötigt, da Lebensmittel nur in Umag erhältlich sind. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
