"Personale cortese e disponibile, struttura principale molto bella e posizione buona. È però utile sapere che le camere (quasi tutte) si trovano in una dépendance a circa 100 metri dal castello mostrato nelle foto. Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole, anche se da una struttura a 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore cura nella manutenzione delle camere. "

"Beds were comfortable. The family stayed in the roomy Bastioni apartment. Breakfast was very good and the staff were patient when we arrived just before serving was supposed to end. The hotel - an old castle —and pool area were lovely. Very friendly staff. "

"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "It was an absolutely incredible stay, so much that we didn't want to leave! Everything was superb, from the transfer via private boat to the warm welcome, from the wonderful rooms to the delicious food served at the Villa's restaurant. It was indeed a truly unique experience, as we were told at the beginning by the lovely and caring Maria Concetta. We will definitely go back. "
