「Trevlig personal.」

「Very central, lots of food! Staff friendly and helpful.」

「1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly. The one we booked one month in advance is twice as expensive as if you book two days in advance. Other four-star hotels in the surrounding...

「Frukosten var mycket mycket bra」

「Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming.」

「I would like to recommend this place to anyone who want to experience something more than just another ordinary hotel! You will find a really cool attraction as well as a great nights sleep in one of the former prison cells. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is beautifully restored and has an amazing vibe! Breakfast was average, but extra pluss though for friendly and helpful staff in the kitchen. There is also a nice little museum which contributes to the experience.」

「Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Lite smulor kvar på borden och golvet när när vi åt frukost men det kan ju bero på att personalen inte hann med. Vi är i det stora väldigt nöjda med vistelsen på hotellet.」

「It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it. It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended」
