Chalet Waldhart in the middle of the Ötztal

A holiday that couldn’t be more wonderful awaits you in our new chalet for 8 people. For those who want to enjoy exclusive living comfort, the chalet features high-quality natural materials, modern furnishings, light-filled rooms, and plenty of space to relax, with 4 bedrooms and an lift. And the highlight? Of course, the private sauna and the infrared steam cabin. The surroundings are breathtaking and simply made for enjoyment and exploration. Hiking trails start right from the house. The Stuibenfall—Tyrol’s largest waterfall—is just a few minutes’ walk away. In winter, renowned ski resorts such as Sölden, Gurgl, and Hochoetz-Küthai are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The Chalet Waldhart, newly opened in 2025, features 150 square metres of living space and an 80-square-meter fenced-in garden. The spacious ground floor features an open, bright living and kitchen area with an electric stove and direct access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large dining table, is perfect for cosy get-togethers with family and friends. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find another double bedroom with a bathroom (bathtub and toilet) and two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with a TV. Two of the three double bedrooms have access to the balcony. The upper floor is also accessible by lift.

In the basement, you’ll find a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a washing machine. A sauna and a Hydrosoft infrared cabin with steam are available on select days (3 times per stay).

You’re welcome to use our private playground with a sandpit, play tower, and ground trampoline (from around the end of March to the end of October) in the garden across the street. Parking spaces are located right next to the house.
