“Bel appartement avec 2 chambres, vue sur l'océan. Bien équipé, très propr et personnel sympathique.
Très bonne étape avant de reprendre l'avion à Durban.
Reposant, belle plage de dunes à 800m et belles vagues. Nous avons profité de la piscine très agréable dans la résidence.”

“ Pathetic communication.
After paying for the accommodation, a message was put up (2 days before the arrival date) that the accommodation was not available. I did not see thos message and so we arrived to find out there was no accommodation for us. Why did I not get an email to inform me. Why was I expected to "check the messages in case the booking may be cancelled". How ridiculous and what poor communication.
I still have not received any formal correspondance telling me that the booking had……
