Gorgeous home

Small but impeccably designed to make the best use of limited space. Located in a calm swimmable cove with friendly neighbors. Luxury appliances and decor and full of thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire table and the SUPs and kayaks. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful location right on the Hood Canal, with several excellent eateries close by - we particularly appreciated the air conditioners because of an atypical Washington heat wave.

Great location, photos are a good representation of the home, comfortable beds. Good for paddling, 2 kayaks and paddle boards, great deck. Careful on the steps to the water, need two people to get boards down bulkhead.May need to check the smoke/carbon dioxide alarm, went off Monday morning at 5am but turned off on its own. And you are out of salt.Had a great stay.

Such a fun house to stay at! Loved being right on the water. We saw seals, enjoyed the paddle boards, and the kids liked exploring the beach when the tide was out. The owner was super responsive, welcoming, and helpful, which made check-in easy. My only complain is I wish there was a key for the symbols on the oven!

Memorial day weekend

Stayed with my partner for memorial day weekend. This cabin is the real deal. Alot of design went into this place and the owners maintain it in top condition. While it was just two of us, six people could easily be accommodated. We grilled on the Weber, which was fueled up and super clean. It's a 5 minute walk to Alderbrook resort in case you don't want to cook every night. Highly recommend this cabin and will stay again when we are in the area!

luxury cottage experience

Our family shared a lovely week at this luxury cottage. It can be challenging to find a small but stylish/clean/updated cottage with high end finishes - and this place delivered. The home is thoughtfully appointed and the outside space makes the most of their slim property width. We loved eating outside for almost every meal and sitting by the fire. We did have to do some creative air flow management to make the tiny closet/bed space tolerable because the heat was intense this week. But also, it was such a fun, charming tiny bed space that it was fine. Appreciate this family sharing this home for rent.

We enjoyed our stay! Lovely views. The access to the canal was terrific. Loved watching the seals. The house is funky and comfortable for our family of 6. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Cottage

We found the cottage exactly as pictured. It was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with all the dishes, cookware, utensils, you could possibly need. We especially enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board to get out on the water. The location was great and the owner very accessible and helpful. Thanks for a great trip.

Peacef paradise

Serene beautiful house fully equipped. The deck has all day sun with nice chairs to watch the antics of the seals. Woke up to see deer on the beach! Fire table was nice for the cool fall evenings. Perfect location to walk to hiking trails. We will be coming back next year!

Better than expected!

The pictures don’t do this place justice! It is beautiful and the home is equipped with everything you need. The host is wonderful and made everything so seamless and easy. I wish I could of stayed an entire week instead of just the weekend. We were in town for a wedding at the Robin Hood Village. It was so convenient to walk right across the street to attend the wedding festivities. And I loved waking up in the morning to the amazing view! Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous home!

We had a phenomenal stay! We were lucky to enjoy this home over the 4th of July holiday. Everything was perfect. The home was meticulously clean, well appointed, and exactly as described (but better). The home is filled with light, the perfect escape from the summer heat, with the most enjoyable outdoor setting and view you could ever wish for! Our family loved staying in this home and we would rent again in a heartbeat. The proximity to Alderbrook was wonderful to get away for meals, and the owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Thank you so much!

Peaceful Luxury

What a beautiful vacation spot! Gorgeous water views, beautiful home, well-stocked with amenities. Great communication with owner Wendy. We loved sitting on the back deck taking in the view, and sitting around the fire table in the evening. The spacious jetted tub was so luxurious. We were busy with wedding prep and didn't have a chance to check out the kayaks -- maybe next time ;)

Hood Canal Charmer

We stayed at this lovely property over Memorial Day Weekend. We (3 Adults) came to visit friends who live in the area. The location was perfect, the views are beautiful, and the home was extremely comfortable. We had a delightful stay, I hope to visit again.
