Ohiopyle Luxury Treehouse

Come unwind in our one-of-a-kind Treehouse getaway. Located more than 1/4 Mile off the county road, you will only hear the birds chirping as you sit on one of your 3 covered patios taking in the beauty of the surrounding hardwoods and ferns. Just 6 minutes to Ohiopyle State Park and under 20 minutes to Frank Lloyd Wrights Falling Water and 8 Minutes to FLW’s Kentuck Knob, Laurel Caverns and Lady Luck Casino.

Enjoy a morning hike on our mile long private hiking trail that will take you across a clear mountain stream, into the canopies of the mountain laurels and through a rock garden boulder field. Take a dip in the hot tub to relax after a long hike.
Note* Owners have one outside security camera at parking area. Sorry NO PETS.

We accessed the property and decided to go home instead of stay there for the two nights, so locked the door and left. Why? There are 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor with hard uncomfortable beds, while the only bathroom is on first floor, far away. Only kids could access the loft. Bathroom overly large right off kitchen, while living room small with TV near ceiling. Sat at kitchen table momentarily, but had to move to let partner into bathroom. Nice decks outside, but none screened, so bugs everywhere on the warm night we arrived. Gnomes. Did not get a chance to use the hot tub, which oddly have to access walking across wooded lot to 2nd deck.

This treehouse was the perfect retreat for my family. The little gnomes and fairies brought whimsy to the experience and felt magical to my kids. My favorite memory is seeing my children snuggle on the hanging bed while eating breakfast. The property owners were responsive and proactive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the luxury treehouse. It’s super cute with all the interior features and decor. We definitely will recommend it to others. Thank you for making everything so perfect for our stay. Hot tub was perfect although a few of us are short and the water level was a bit high for us but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it both nights.

We had an excellent stay! Not only was the property well maintained, but the attention to detail & craftsmanship of the home is amazing. Truly a beautiful vacation home! The kitchen had extremely useful equipment & essentials, making food preparation feel like home. We had a great time unwinding from city life and disconnecting from technology. The hot tub and fire pit were an amazing way to end the night. The walk through the woods was peaceful and easy to navigate. It was so nice to be greeted with s’mores stuff and coffee. All the little touches were much appreciated.

The owners truly thought of everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—like we were guests, not just renters. Every detail, from the thoughtful design and architecture to the carefully chosen amenities and personal touches, made the space feel special and inviting. Robert communicated clearly and kindly before, during, and after our stay, which made everything effortless and added to the feeling that he truly cared about our experience.My wife and I were taking a rare break from our three kids, and the treehouse was the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and breathe. It felt peaceful, private, and incredibly cozy. We loved exploring the trails behind the cabin, skiing at Seven Springs, and hiking to Fallingwater and Cucumber Falls during our two-night stay.The hot tub was a highlight—quiet, relaxing, and the perfect way to end the day. Helen’s at Seven Springs was an incredible dining experience (make a reservation), and Bittersweet was a wonderful local café for a warm, comforting breakfast.This place gave us exactly what we needed. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about when we can come back.

We had a great time at the treehouse. We've already booked again for next year! Our kids loved discovering all of the gnomes and the hiking trail. We all enjoyed the hot tub, especially in the snow. The cabin is fully stocked with anything you may need and was clean. Can't wait to return!
