「The room I had was massive considering the hotel is aimed at the budget end of the market.
Very good transport links to & from the hotel. Including a tube station about 15 minutes walk.
Very good location. There is even a medium sized supermarket about 15 minutes walk away.」

「I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—they patiently answered all my questions and assisted with any issues I had, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the Underground and train stations, making it very convenient to get around. In addition, there is a large shopping mall nearby along with many great restaurants, which made dining and shopping very enjoyable.
Overall, I would...

「The room was generally clean, and the kitchenware was sufficient. Areas for improvement included Wi-Fi connectivity issues, a broken TV (which lasted three days), and the air conditioning requiring a 15-minute wait before it returned to normal; staff followed up but it wasn't fixed.
