「Corner room on the 4th floor was decent. Reception was polite but insincere. We skipped the restaurant which looked packed and noisy at 6 pm. Valet was fine. Expensive hotel trying to be upscale, but the service did not reflect upscale.」

「the room is quite nosiy（AC unit andweird noise from the floor） and everything is old」

「The staff was lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel as well. The only issue I had was my microwave in my room wasn’t functional. Which sadly put a damper on my stay considering I arrived late the night before. Other than that loved my visit.」
