"I love this property. It started prior to my arrival, Lauren and Lindsay (front desk) were hospitable via phone and placed notes on my account for my arrival. Abigail (front desk) was professional, hospitable and welcoming upon my check-in. She gave info about the property and parking across the street, it was very helpful. Brandon (front desk) was also very helpful. A reliable front desk team. There was a minor issue with the safe, Brian (engineer) arrived instantly and fixed it, he is inspector gadget as far as I’m concerned. Last but not least Ali was very helpful with my rental car, anticipated when I’d use it and brought it to the lower level of the parking lot for a quick exit whenever necessary. This was an incredible stay. This is my hotel whenever I’m in town. Hopefully next time I can catch a Dayton Dragons game."

"The Breakfast was great, room and amenities excellent. I ate dinner at the bar, and the food was wonderful as well. The wine options could be better. Sara the bar team was excellent, and Mark of the front desk was a delight and kept the water filled. I will return and stay on my next visit. "

"We let the host know the place was not entirely clean upon arrival (toilet backs and the floors in particular). They let us know what we experienced was not their standard, so we hope the place has been/will be cleaner for others. The basement accommodations are less finished than the photos portray, but space wise the house was a great fit for a larger party traveling together."

"Nice rooms good beds, comfortable towels. Close to UD Arena. Perfect for our stay to WGI. Basement could use a makeover, but only washer / dryer there. 4 rooms upstairs, bunkbeds on the attic. 1 bathroom downstairs, 1 on first floor. Area felt safe."
