Family owned hotel. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I had asked for distilled water for my cpap machine before arrival and it was there when I checked in. The location was great. Even had my own parking spot in their lot for the rental car. Breakfast was very good as well with a nice selection. Coffee was great and I definitely need a good cup of coffee to start my day! A few blocks away from the busiest street so it was very quiet. I would absolutely recommend anyone stay at the Hotel Rössli when visiting Interlaken. You will be very happy there!

Our room was on the third floor in the attic, so it was a little warm but with the window open it wasn’t too bad. The elevator only went up to the second floor but it was also small and slow so we didn’t use it. The bathroom was a little small but not awful. Staff was super helpful in giving us information about Interlaken and helping us with the laundry machines. They were super patient and friendly. Very nice people

The hotel was a good choice in regards to affordability in the area. It had old world charm but would have liked a few more amenities and a few more updates. The room got warm as there was no AC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but most food ran out quickly and was not replaced quickly. Our room had a spectacular view of Jungfraujoch which made up for many things.
