「The listing description was inaccurate. The property had several issues such as a steep staircase without a rail and an AC unit plugged in to an outlet that was in front of a doorway. Overall cleanliness and appearance was not appealing for when you go on vacation. Bed linens and pillows were very old. I didn’t feel comfortable using the bed or the linens provided.」

「This was our second year staying at this rental as a mid-way point for a drive we were making. The house was clean, spacious, and had a large, paved driveway for parking. We had great communication with Vanessa and appreciate that the house is pet friendly because our two dogs travel with us. We only spent one night here, but the house had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We watched the deer in the backyard after checking in and visited A'Latte Cafe in the morning before we...

「Great stay. Apartment location was perfect. Very walkable. We chose to park in the 4th Street parking garage which felt safe and was an easy walk and was less costly then metered street parking. We did have some trouble finding the entrance to the building but Oscar was responsive and helpful. What I wasn't expecting was 40 steep stairs to get up to the apartment. This would have been nice to know from the listing as we were traveling with 3 small children (for the crayola experience)...

「While the property offered ample parking and a convenient location with a store across the street, our overall experience was disappointing due to issues with access, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property despite being promised entry information the day before, causing us to be late for a wedding rehearsal and dinner. We had to contact customer support to obtain the access code and entry instructions.Inside, the home had a strong smoke odor that...
