“Booked this property as a last minute, overnight getaway for myself and it was fantastic! The apartment, grounds and hot tub was squeaky clean. Kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils and even had a coffee bar, different tea packets and a snack basket. Bathroom was fully stocked with towels, basic toiletries and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and closets had extra blankets if needed. Inside and outside patio furniture was comfy. I loved watching the sunset from the hot tub! Also……

“The property is in a great location across from Druid Park. Very comfortable large apartment with two flatscreen TVs, one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom, and a computer set up on desk in the sitting room. Fully supplied kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a stacked washer-dryer. Host is very responsive and helpful with all queries and requests. Lots of thoughtful inclusions and conveniences. Rooms are well-furnished with plenty of spots to plug in for charging phones,……

“This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp……

“Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. ”
