「The rooms were beautiful, huge clean every detail down to the left made out of towels for my granddaughters. We were able to walk across the street to the convention center. We stayed for volleyball provincials getting everything within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this property.」

「酒店是剛翻新，非常舒適，健身房器材種類很多，有標準級水準，還有窦內小泳池，地點不是市中心，但步行二十份鐘有一中型商場，去重要景點如自駕都是十五分鐘內。有免費停車場和免費早餐，質素也不錯，前枱服務員十分熱誠和親切，整體很好。」

「Stayed there for work trip and was completely happy with everything! Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, snacks available on site, helpful when tired to look around for food after long work day. Considering to stay there again when travelling for work.」

「Staff and location is excellent. Parking at city hall across the street from 6am to 6pm is $20 mon-fri, $2 sat-sun and 6pm to 6am is $2 any day. I recommend Farm Boys for your grocery supplies. The room didn't have a microwave, but if you ask the staff, i wouldn't be surprised if they bring you one. Lots of food options on Elgin st., Bank st. and Byward mkt. Kids loved the pool, which came with hot tub and dry sauna. My 11yo son liked the luxurious feel and character of the place. We appreciated...

「酒店整體尚算不錯，酒店5~10分鐘可步行至食肆，有餐廳，快餐及咖啡店，車程5~8分鐘有超市及少量店舖可消磨時間，可惜附近無公共交通，出市區要叫車。酒店房間清潔服務提供有限度服務，要每天向櫃枱職員落指示。」

「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」
