“Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.”

“We enjoyed a great stay in this condo while visiting family in Cincinnati. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The location is quiet and felt very safe, the off street parking was a huge plus. You are within walking distance to some great dining spots and easy driving distance (around 10-15 minutes depending traffic) to OTR, the Reds stadium, museums, and other downtown locations. Would recommend this spot to anyone!”

“This was a good stay but I would not say it was 10/10. For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between……

“We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The only small downsides were that the walls are pretty thin—you can hear people going up and down the stairs—and there aren’t blinds on the windows, so some light from the courtyard comes in at night. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
