“Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good.”

“This was a great stay. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood. However, once you walked in, I’d felt comfy and welcoming. The staff was great and the amenities were great. The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool. It gave the hotel a bad look from the outside. I would not drop the rating due to that minor detail. Overall, great and happy……

“The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. ”

“The area around the hotel was filthy and unsafe. There were what looked like druggies hanging in front of the hotel lobby.”

“The room was large, but had an odor. We heard people going down the hall all night, could hear people talking through the wall and the door to the room, and the "courtesy breakfast" was lacking. The gym was ok but closed at 10. The area seemed "fairly" safe. I would not stay here again.”

“We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

“Great staff and services. The only issue is the hotel is dated. Getting rid of the carpet would be a great start. Also, I couldn’t log into Netflix. Plus, I would’ve appreciated some lotion, a shower cap & blow dryer in the room. The free breakfast, dinner & happy hour is a plus. On top of the staff was extremely nice. The location is good as well. Parking lot could use an update though. Overall, it wasn’t bad ”
