"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"Overall, amazing stay at this hotel. Insanely close to Bayside Station for Disney, it was perfect for what we needed, even had a drug store in the lobby which was awesome and a bus straight to Narita airport which came in so clutch for us. We got eh deluxe suite for me and my wife's honeymoon and as soon as we walked into our room we immediately smelled smoke. Weird because it is an entire non smoking hotel, so we sprayed some air freshener that was in the room, but I eventually had to ask the staff if we could be switched and the staff is awesome and they moved us to another deluxe suite. Super helpful and they accommodated us which was great. What I will say is that when we settled in and looked around our huge hotel room was that we realized that the hotel is very old and it shows. Marks and scratches on the desks and window sills, tiles next to the tub loose, wallpaper peeling off the wall and the wooden floor boards were coming off and broke. All things that didnt make or break the room, but the room was definitely showing the hotel's age. Overall a clean stay, just need to update the room and hotel."
