酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！

Very beautiful property. It is somewhere in between humble and luxury. I didn’t give it five stars completely because the restroom had a heating system that is always on and because of that they need a ventilator to also always be on so I needed earplugs to go to sleep. And I also needed to have the AC on to regulate the temperature to a cooler level.I think it would’ve been more convenient for us to stay in Gorme because that’s where you have a lot of options for eating, there’s a lot of people around in the streets, and there’s a lot of cute souvenir shops. The owner of Vita caves is also a little too eager to help you book services. He messaged me several times through WhatsApp to encourage me to have him help me book services, which I didn’t need. If you don’t like staying in touristic neighborhoods, and prefer a quieter neighborhood, then this is your place. That said, I do not regret staying here. It happened to snow one day and it was so beautiful waking up to it snowing. Because of the altitude we got this treat whereas in Goreme it didn’t snow.

Clean rooms and the most tasty breakfast ever! Make sure to get the hotel to call you a taxi to go into gorme shopping area. Large rooms mine was basic room but so large and very nice my parent s room was massive. Really nice area to sit and see thr rock cave and in a cute quite area only 7 min taxi drive into gerome.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights Pros: - Helpful staff, very friendly. - Generally quiet area. Cons: - Location is 15 mins away by car from Goreme, thus you will not be able to see the hot air balloons in this hotel. - The hotel’s restaurant (which has been recommended by the reception team) was terrible to say the least. We spent 2000 TL on food we threw in the trash. The menu looked very appetizing on the website, but the food was inedible, the pizza looked like it was heated from frozen and the chicken soggy and uncooked. - Cleanliness was below average. There were towels that were clearly ripped, showing that they’ve been used for too long and they did not care to replace them. Spider webs were present in the ceiling of our room. - Air conditioning was not working for most of our stay. Even though the reception team were cooperative and tried to fix it, it has not been working properly. - No safe present in the room. Yet they tell you they are not responsible if you lose anything. - In the breakfast area, there were too many BEES inside and outside and on the buffet itself, which is very unsettling while eating. - Fragile bed, very squeaky. - Drainage in the bathroom sink and shower were bad and water would overflow. - WiFi was inconvenient as it never remembers your device and you would have to connect each time you’re at the hotel by entering your passport number, room number, AND password. - TV did not connect to HDMI.

Vita cave suites was a perfect place to stay in Cappadocia, it was very clean, the staff were all so lovely and the rooms were just wow! We had a jacuzzi bath for the first few nights then upgraded to a private pool for the last few nights which was unbelievable, highly recommend spending some nights in a pool room if you can, it exceeded all of our expectations! The breakfast is lovely with freshly made Turkish specialities every morning, Turkish coffee and other eggs can be made on request. Ortahisar is much quieter than Goreme but it’s just what we needed, so relaxing and perfect if you just want to unwind. It’s close to Goreme and doesn’t cost much in a taxi to go into the centre. Highly recommend Vita cave suites, Reo is very helpful and sorted our transfers and anything else we needed. Thankyou for our wonderful experience!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The staff were all so kind and attentive, and we had great support arranging local tours and transfers. The location was a big plus for us – a peaceful and quiet village with just the right amount of restaurants and shops, without the crowds of Goreme or Urchisar. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options made on the spot by the friendly and smiling staff. I truly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

The owner of the property took good care of us, before, on and after our vacation in Cappadocia. The room that we had was very clean and huge. We were provided bottled water everyday. I loved the jacuzzi so much, I can say it's what made our hotel room stood out. Our hotel room was amazing. The hotel has a beautiful view from its balcony where the breakfast buffet was held. The food was great. The area around the hotel was safe to walk at but make sure your wear the proper shoes because there are uphill and downhill roads. The staff were so warm and helpful. We requested for a tour guide with the help of the hotel owner and we were provided with the best team. I recommend this place.
