The staff was incredibly helpful and considerate! Next to the hotel lots of construction workers working and they even work Sunday 7am with lots of noise ! The room I booked was looking at an apartment and it’s so close we couldn’t even open the curtains! I paid extra and upgraded the room. The room ...

Betim really saved us when our taxi didn’t show up—he drove us to the airport early in the morning, which we appreciated so much. The house was clean, and their service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
