"Beim Check-in wurde uns zunächst der Zimmerschlüssel für ein falsches Zimmer ausgehändigt, in dem bereits andere Gäste waren. Die Rezeption war bis zum Check-in unbesetzt, ebenso am Folgetag am Nachmittag. Eine unmittelbare Reklamation und Abhilfe war dadurch nicht möglich. Am zweiten Tag waren keinerlei Parkplätze verfügbar. Im Zimmer befand sich ein nasser Fleck neben dem Bett, der trotz Hinweis nicht behoben wurde. Am zweiten Tag wurde die Heizung ohne Vorankündigung abgestellt. Das Zimmer war dadurch extrem kalt. Der zeitliche Zusammenhang lässt zudem vermuten, dass dies mit dem Feuchtigkeitsproblem zusammenhing. Das Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer. Aufgrund starker Hellhörigkeit waren intime Gespräche aus dem Nebenzimmer deutlich hörbar. Privatsphäre und Nachtruhe waren erheblich beeinträchtigt. Trotz Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild wurde zweimal sehr laut an der Tür geklopft. Es fand kein Zimmerservice statt, ohne dass wir darüber vorab informiert wurden. Zusätzlich funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Wegen der unbesetzten Rezeption war auch hierzu keine Reklamation vor Ort möglich. Eine Reklamation über das Reiseportal blieb unbeantwortet."

"The building is new, with a grocery store 1 minute a walking. Great communication and breakfast menu. Easy and safe parking. Arrived after hours and the machine issued the keys with no problem."

"We arrived late on a Saturday so no parking directly outside but just over the road and free. The hotel restaurant was very busy but also very good, they stopped serving at 9pm. Check in was quick and easy. Room was top floor. Stunning. Was a bit warm but it was 35 in June and they had provided 2 fans that helped. It was very clean. Snacks and water in room to purchase if required. Hotel was very quiet and we had the best night sleep. Breakfast the next day, wow. It was so nice. The lady serving coffee was friendly and efficient. The food was so good. 4 types of homemade yoghurts, cereals, dried fruits and nuts, 6 types.of jam, homemade. Fresh fruit, inc melon, Fresh bread, rolls, prtzels, pastries. Scrammbled and boiled eggs, bacon. Then there was the chilled section of hams, cheese, salami, pate ect. It wasnt just a few slices on a tray it was a redlly good selection. I do like a hotel breakfast and this was one of the best. It was a really lovely stay."
