「Comfortable room for overnight stay. Issues with WiFi.」

「A welcome break after a mammoth drive. Booked last minute through Expedia but didn’t get entry code. Confirmation number didn’t work either. A member of staff from the nearby Mercure hotel came to help. He was brilliant. So helpful and sorted out the issue. Pat on the back for Mercure man and HotelF1. A poke in the eye for Expedia for leaving us high n dry.」

「We really liked the location for visiting Brive-la-Gaillarde and the breakfast was very good. We had issues with the WiFi not working while we were there for our 6 night stay. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable.」

「Well located, clean hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are not extraordinarily large (i.e. rather small by American standards), but that is the case in most European hotels, especially in older cities. Parking mainly on streets nearby, not a problem.」

「Refuse my reservation and let me outside whole night」
