“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“The hotel was better than I expected. Every part of the hotel was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff is AMAZING, Art and Niko at the front desk can help you with anything you might want or need and if they can’t, they can suggest where you can find it and how to get there. “We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless and still felt cozy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable (even the Murphy bed!) as well as the chairs and couch, which is always a BIG plus for us. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room area and the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had. “The condo was very clean and although it’s very roomy the decor and fireplace made it feel very cozy. We were right in front of the ice rink but unfortunately it was closed probably for the season (would have loved to see it open) nice amenities, very quiet and peaceful. The views were very nice I’m sure if you go during the snow and holidays it will look even better! The bed was very comfy, a 5 min drive to Main Street - well it was not busy this weekend so we even found parking on the road. ……
