“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“This is a beautiful property, with rooms that are very clean and comfortable. There is a fireplace in every bedroom which made it extra cozy. The front desk workers are all excellent! Andrew and Ivan went above and beyond for my family. Andrew helped me before I even checked in, with a billing issue, he was great! The pool and spas were a great touch, as well as the saunas. There is also a small game room that has pool, air hockey, ping pong and foosball. We spent some time in there which was……

“The condo was very clean and although it’s very roomy the decor and fireplace made it feel very cozy. We were right in front of the ice rink but unfortunately it was closed probably for the season (would have loved to see it open) nice amenities, very quiet and peaceful. The views were very nice I’m sure if you go during the snow and holidays it will look even better! The bed was very comfy, a 5 min drive to Main Street - well it was not busy this weekend so we even found parking on the road. ……
