Beste Bart, wat jammer te horen dat de kamer niet voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Bij het inchecken is normaal gesproken iemand aanwezig om te helpen waar nodig of om u in te checken, de zelf-check in gebruiken we vooral wanneer het druk is. Helaas denk ik dus dat dit het geval was op uw moment van inchecken. Hopelijk wist u onze host wel te vinden om te informeren naar een andere kamer, wij kijken dan graag met u mee!
