A bit old and pricey
2 months in advanced booked this hotel without much choices (for the trance event on the day). Paid around 215 euro for this Friday night stay, and during check-out they asked another 20 euro for the second person (my wife) who I shared this room with. I questioned about this charge but they insisted. Whatever. The most expensive stay for this netherland trip (nearly doubled as the other rooms), and I find everything of it a bit old and the breakfast mediocre.

舒服方便的飯店
離車站走路十分鐘，逛街很方便，房間有拖鞋，熱水器，服務員人很好，離巴士站很近，建議要去小孩堤防可以從巴士站坐車，車程約ㄧ個半小時。上車買票來回12元。可以跟櫃檯要烏特勒支地圖

房間很大很舒適，離市區也不遠，很棒的住房經驗，下次去烏特勒支還是會選擇這家飯店。

Zeer rustige en goede accommodatie op loopafstand van hartje stad. Met veel plezier hier verbleven. Ruimte kamer. Jammer dat het zo stoffig was. Incheck ging soepel. Fijne bedden. Ontbijt niet in hotel gedaan, want prijzig. In de buurt allerlei opties om te ontbijten. Welness is een fijne aanvulling op je verblijf.

Unfortunately, your reservation was made for accommodations for 2 adults and 1 child, which aligns with the maximum capacity of the room you booked. Superb hotel
Excellent hotel, great location. Just a few minutes walk from the canals, restaurants and bars and shops. The room was lovely and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was first class and Bistro also. We will definitely return.

Fantastic 5 star hotel
The staff and Hotel Karel IV are amazing. The were so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the pool and sauna are fantastic, the gym is great with water and towels provided, and the breakfast is amazing!!! This truly is the only real 5 star hotel in Holland with 5 star service. The location is very central, easily walk to the shops at the mall, in the city or to the train station. The best place to stay.

Zoals elk jaar - geweldig.
Elk jaar weer kiezen we weer dit geweldige hotel, midden in Utrecht voor het vriendinnen weekend. Dit is het tweede jaar dat we ook zijn blijven eten in de Bistro en wederom kunnen we dit zeker aanraden.

Alles prima, behalve dat de batterijen van de remote controle tv leeg waren. Werd snel verholpen door het hotelpersoneel. Nadeel van geen tv: je weet niet welk telefoonnummer de balie heeft of de roomservice. Beter om ook een A4tje met enkele noodzakelijke informatie.
