Awesome!
The room was really nice! It was clean and wide. Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you. The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy. The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable

喜歡：1）有簡易早餐早餐 2）搭公車也很方便，公車又多 3）澡間的蓮蓬頭沖洗力量大，水也不會噴出澡間，乾濕分離做的很好。4）櫃臺服務很迅速。回國請他們用email傳收據。兩三個鐘頭後就收到。5）價位還算合理 不喜歡：房間太冷了，睡得好冷。有提出反應，但客服只是會說可以手調整，只不過是空調系統很慢。

早餐好吃 房間乾淨 就是飯店周遭非常多禽類的糞便!!!!
飯店的位置很不好,搭公車的費用甚高,沿途有很多的禽類(?) 還有他們的糞便,那條路不是很好走,飯店的入口很難找這點對於沒有自駕車的旅客並不友善,房間一如各地的智選假日一樣,就是那樣~ 值得誇獎的是早餐,非常豐盛多樣 :)

It's a good choice for one night on the trip in Netherland. There is no sofabed in the room which standard Holiday Inns Express in Europe normally have. That is a cons. Other things are ok including the free wifi,free standard breakfast and free parking.

Het verblijf is ons zeer goed bevallen! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, de kamer was erg netjes en zag er zeer mooi uit en was van alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs twee kussens per persoon (een hard en een zacht, zodat je zelf kon kiezen)!! Ontbijt was ook zeer prima! Er lagen van allerhande lekkere dingen, zoals verschillende broodjes (zelfs zoete), div soorten yoghurt met allerlei toevoegingen voor erin, ruim broodbeleg, en ook nog allerlei sapjes, koffies en thees, en fruit. Al met al voor herhaling vatbaar! 😊

Het Nederlands ontbijt is voor een 3 sterren hotel uitstekend. De kwaliteit vd matrassen zijn constant. De een te zacht een ander weer lekker stevig. Persneel is top. Vooral Luisa, Rina en Karen. Ook Diana aan de receptie was super.

Il soggiorno presso questo hotel è stato ottimo da tutti i punti di vista. La stanza con letto matrimoniale è comoda, spaziosa e molto pulita. Il bagno è comodo, con una ampia doccia. Colazione internazionale di buona qualità e abbondante, sia dolce che salata. A pochi minuti dall’hotel c’è la fermata del bus da cui è possibile raggiungere, in una decina di minuti, la stazione centrale di Utrecht. Consiglio a chiunque questo hotel e sarà il mio riferimento per successive visite ad Utrecht.
