It is exactly as the photos show. I arrived late, was walked to the hut (I guess that’s what you’d call it), and I admit I was skeptical of how well I’d be able to sleep with no walls to keep the bugs out.
No bugs bothered me at all. In Texas you’d have thousands of mosquitoes, and flying insects but here, none. The singing of the tree frogs in the forest put me to sleep and I slept better than I have in at least a year.
This is an amazing place. I am definitely coming back and will bring company with me. Doing it alone was my only drawback. This is a place meant to be shared.
The most excellent place I’ve found in VRBO yet.
