“My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back. ”

“The hotel is charming and well furnished. It is in the middle of the beautiful town of Uzès so expect street noises especially if you have the window open. We were disturbed by a mosquito in the night but that’s not the fault of the hotel. There is no parking space, the car must be left in a public carpark.”

“This is a high-end destination place with a wonderful pool. However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... “The boss welcomed us very nicely upon arrival. He also recommended and then booked us a very good restaurant in the neighbourhood. The hotel has provided everything we need. The boss is also very helpful who assisted us very well whenever we need. The room is equipped with the latest version of TV which can connect to YouTube. Also, the room is very clean - almost dust-free. If I revisit Remoulins, I will definitely pick this accommodation again.”

“Check in staff was nice and friendly. Got me extra glass and bowl to the room. During check in they called me at 11:30 while checkout on Expedia was listed as 12. The location is perfect. Close to train station. Most sightseeing in walking distance. However a lot of noise from neighboring rooms especially when they close door or move chairs around in the tile.”
