「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is perfectly located, we always felt we were around 10-20 minute walk from most of the places we wanted to see. 「Great location and good size for our family. However, the description on the site was very clear that a fully functioning kitchen was available. While there was a microwave, espresso machine, toaster and oven, no stove were available. The top of the oven had a cutting board and if you lifted it, it seemed as that was were the stove. With two children with Autism this was a challenge as they are picky eaters and we picked this place because it was advertised with a full functioning kitchen.」

"The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the alternative in that area is limited."
