「The property is excellent in many ways. However, the staff are exceptional. Our flight out of the Faroe Islands was cancelled and the person at the Lobby went out of their way to arrange for the airline to pay for an extra night at the Hafnia (which was much better for us), arrange for three free meals at the hotel, and then even called our taxis to reschedule pick up for the next day. 「We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast. We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us.
