"Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix ..."

"Ein 5-Sterne-Luxushotel nach europäischen Standard. Sehr netter Empfang, Hilfsbereitschaft, late check-out um 2h war kein Problem. Habe Club Lounge Zimmer/Suite gebucht 7 Stock mit toller Aussicht und feinen Snacks in der Lounge. Flughafentransfer kostet 2900Rupien."

"We had a really poor experience… 1) The bathrooms and washing areas were smelling bad / extremely unclean… the taps were all fully dark and rusty 2) very salty water provided for all washing / bathing. 3) extremely un-friendly staff who were showing absolutely no interest in the welfare of the guests. ..."
