「This house is huge! Plenty of room for our family get together (10 adults and 5 kids). 「We were in town for a lacrosse tournament & decided to skip the whole team hotel scene (as much fun as that always is). It was so nice to spread out and have our own space. The neighborhood is gorgeous with lots of walking trails and creek access. It’s close to town but also feels secluded enough to feel like a mountain getaway. Highly recommend!」

「So just to start The House itself is a very nice and beautiful house needs a lot of work done to it, but it is very nice. Our main problems were cleanliness. There was mouse droppings all over cobwebs everywhere, and in two of the drawers were rolled up joints and marijuana pills that anyone could get to it there was some kind of food I presume, crackers and chips on almost all of the furniture. There is leftover food in the fridge from previous people. Very nice house but needs a lot of work....

「Overall the house was awesome, it was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would want or need. It is not ski in, ski out as advertised. You had to walk several hundred yards to ski out, and new construction up the street prevented skiing in. 「This is an older condo that has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. The unit is ground level so there is some noise on the stairs outside but it was minimal. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the secondary entrance to Beaver Creek.
