“This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. “There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. “It was our first time in Bolzano and this hotel provided the perfect ambience as well as convenience. There is nothing really bad to say about the experience. If I were to be extremely critical it would be the fact that if you have a tall vehicle, you will need to park a 5-8 minute walk away at an open air parking lot instead of their suggested closed garage.
