“Two things I want the hotel to improve 1. When I contacted the hotel for a pickup shuttle bus, the staff did not say I needed to book through an app or pay. When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was……

“酒店離機場只需10分鐘車程，十分方便!酒店有簡單早餐提供，唯一美中不足的是酒店冷氣，有點弱！酒店員工十分友善，前枱櫃位員工用國語說出房間門號，十分可愛”

“Building was not bad having to pay constantly to go to the pool sucks . Room service was 76 dollars and they told me it was just frozen food they heated up.. multiple things went missing throughout our stay ( inside of our room! ) would not come back but to each there own”

“I’m grading this place on a curve. We were traveling to France and instead of taking a late flight back to the states we opted to do one night near the airport and take an early flight. My goal was someplace cheap, clean, and close to airport. This place excellently met those goals. It reminded me of when I stayed in some European hostels in my youth. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was small but clean and effective. There were places to eat. Staff was nice. For what we needed it was perfection. If……

“早餐不錯，廁所的馬桶太靠近衛生紙，感覺坐下去就會碰到，設計有點不好。最糟糕的是我放在房間行李箱拉鍊裡的台幣紙鈔被偷了。剩下銅板在裡面。我很確認鈔票在我入住之前都還在裡面。住了兩晚，放了免打擾的牌子，行李箱攤開沒有鎖，因為我不認為有什麼特別貴重的物品。歐元跟證件還有信用卡都在我身上。算是唯一的幸運。”
