Spacious house with 4 bedrooms located next to the Canal de Nantes à Brest. The property has two living rooms totaling 56 m² and a kitchen of 24 m². Bedroom 1 is equipped with two double beds. Bedroom 2 offers three single beds and a private bathroom with WC. Bedroom 3 includes a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom with WC. Bedroom 4 has two double beds. All beds are made upon your arrival and towels are provided for your comfort.
A laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer is at your disposal, available for an extra fee.
You enjoy direct access to the Canal de Nantes à Brest from the garden.
