My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. This property was very spacious. The front desk person was very nice since we arrived early they allowed us to leave our luggage. Once our room was ready they called us to let us know it was ready and our bags were brought to our room. A very nice perk.
