"4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. "Très bon séjour dans cet établissement tout confort. Appartement spacieux, propre et rénové avec soins. Les équipements étaient neufs (tv, micro ondes, poêle, chauffe eau,…). L’environnement est calme et agréable avec espaces de jeux pour les enfants. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine. Personnel très agréable. Proche du centre ville (5mn à pieds). "

"Nous sommes une grande famille de 14 personnes et avons passé un excellent séjour à Casa Dartos.La maison est très bien équipée et vraiment spacieuse. Chacun a trouvé sa place, les plus jeunes comme les plus âgés.Le billard et le babyfoot ont permis aux enfants de passer de bons moments ensemble pendant que les autres lisaient dans le salon cheminée.Un havre de paix et de joie!A 10min du parking des télécabines, la maison est bien située si vous voulez skier, plusieurs commerces dans les...

"Absolutely brilliant B&B in small village. Very spacious room with comfy bed, seating area and tea/coffee making facilities. Great wifi. Safe parking for our classic car. Very good, varied breakfast. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, really going the extra mile. Lenny the dog kept us entertained too."

"Staff lovely could not do enough for you very clean hotel food was good not a huge choice but good quality drink's very good and cheap £4.86 for 2 large san Miguel on draft spa very good gym looked good outside excellent little local bar also very cheap and packed in evenings room was very clean but smelly slightly of damp but great size for triple room 2 beds and two excellent bathrooms and if facing side street very close to opposite balcony’s noisy youngsters at 5am not hotels fault I would recommend and stay here again opt for pool view "

By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel. To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry. This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company. There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."

"Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. Les is about a 30 min drive but far enough to be uncrowded and quiet. Stayed with my GF and Service dog. Would definitely stay again. Only con is the pillows. Like a rolled up sleeping bags. We asked for flatter more comfortable ones and the hostess/ Mgr found us two flat soft ones. 👍"

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
