-The property is beautiful located with a wonderful garden and a breathtaking view over the infinity pool to the Mediterranean Sea- The pool and the whirlpool are in a good shape, with nice sun beds and pergolas- The host is very kind and helpfulUnfortuantelly -The house needs some serious refurbishment and the household equipment a replacement- unfortunately some of the garden areas could not be used because it was mined with dog poo

Lovely, quiet retreat in an interesting area

We spent 8 nights at this house and really enjoyed it. Since it was mid-October, the pool was quite chilly, but still usable. The house is in a very secluded, quiet location and is a good base for exploring this corner of Sicily. Lots of easy day trips. We visited Erice, Trapani, Mozia, Marsala, Scopello, Palermo, Segesta, the Egadi islands, and San Vito. All were uniquely beautiful. Leonardo is a very good host and will help as needed. HIghly recommended!

A lot of very good ratings for this very nice property and its host are already made. And they are true! We spent 2 weeks with 6 people there and enjoyed a very relaxing time including the amazing view to the ocean. The pool has a perfect size/depth for swiming or playing and the house has everything you need. The location itself is a very good starting point to explore all the interesting places in the area. Even the insect seems to love this place or at least us ;-( ) Leon and his wife Marisa are very kind and showed a great hospitality. We would highly recommend this house. Ralf & family

Spectacular view and fresh basil

We arrived on a dreary day but were welcome with a fresh basil plant along with a package of dried oregano in the kitchen. With a spectacular view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, what could be more Sicilian? A quick trip to the market and we were ready to pretend we lived there. The villa is located in a quiet spot, although easy to get to any of the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa, the pool and Trapani. We now have a taste of how life in Sicily could be, and we want it. Leonardo made sure we comfortable and had everything we needed. He was an extremely gracious host.

What a beautiful house!

Everything was as described. The house, the pool and especially the panoramic view was exceptionally beautiful. For almost a week we had troubles with the electricity that the power went off for hours, but Leo was very eager to solve this immediately. All together we had a great vacation.

Wirklich ein schönes Haus. Wenn es wärmer gewesen wäre, hätte man den schönen Pool sicher täglich genutzt. Bei Kälte und Regen wird es etwas klamm im Haus. Auto dringend nötig. Grundausstattung von Toilettenpapier, Spüli etc. vorhanden. Schön, dass man nicht alles gleich kaufen muss. Landschaftlich sehr schön, im Garten Orangen-, Zitronen- und Mandarinenbäume.

Eine Woche im Paradies

Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück und auch das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und in bester Lage. Mit unserem Mietwagen konnten wir die Umgebung erkunden, und so den Westen Siziliens kennen lernen. Besonders gut haben uns Erice und Segesta gefallen. Wir waren aber auch oft Schnorcheln... entweder direkt unten in Valderice, im Nationalpark Zingaro oder in of Isolidda Beach. Unser Sohn (mit Zöliakie) war hier im Schlaraffenland, da überall glutenfreies angeboten wird. Besonders toll waren die Bäckerei und viele Restaurants in Erice, sowie der Eisladen in Valderice (glutenfreie Eiswaffeln). Vielen Dank auch an Leo und Marisa für die herzliche Begrüßung ! Wunderbares Ferienhaus im Nordwesten Siziliens

Unterhalb des mittelalterlichen Erice mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht liegt das gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Ferienhaus von Leonardo Pellegrino. Leider hatten wir Anfang Oktober Pech mit dem Wetter, es regnete uns ziemlich ein. Sehr schade - denn der Pool lockte noch! Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit wurde es im Haus ziemlich klamm. Im Sommer und bis in den September hinein aber sicher ein wunderbares Haus für einen schönen Aufenthalt im nordwestlichen Teil von Sizilien!

Ein Traum im Paradies!

Dieses Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (9 & 13) dort. Wir kamen sehr spät am Abend an, aber der Empfang durch Leonardo war so nett und herzlich, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Lediglich 1 Haus mit Grundstück grenzt direkt an, aber dieses war als wir dort waren nicht bewohnt. Somit waren wir gefühlt alleine in einer tollen Landschaft. Der Blick von der Terasse, bzw. dem Pool ist einfach atemberaubend! Das Grundstück selbst ist groß und sehr gepflegt mit vielen tollen Pflanzen und einem eigenen kleinen Hain aus Oliven-, Orangen-, & Zitronenbäumen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses fanden wir mehr als ausreichend. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben rein gar nichts vermisst. Es gab sogar eine Tischtennisplatte. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nächsten Ort. ca. 5 -10 min. mit dem Auto. Die Gegend dort ist eher weniger von deutschen Urlaubern besucht. Beim Essen gehen oder Einkaufen trifft man eher auf Italiener, was uns aber sehr gut gefallen hat. Für die klassischen Ausflugsziele in der Nähe (Erice, Trappani, Marsala) gilt dies natürlich nicht. :-) Leo & Marisa sind tolle Gastgeber. Wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas braucht, sind sie immer ansprechbar. Wir haben mit Ihnen eine tollen Boots-Ausflug zu 2 Inseln gemacht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir können dieses Haus und seine Gastgeber zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Es ist ein Paradies!

traumhaft, Idylle mit Pool und Aussicht

Das Haus, das Grundstück und vor allem der Pool sind wirklich wunderbar! Wir hatten eine recht entbehrungsreiche Anreise aus Berlin und kamen erst gegen 21.30 Uhr dort an. Die Kommunikation mit Leonardo hat zu jedem Zeitpunkt einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben uns mit ihm in Valderice getroffen. Dann ist er vor uns hergefahren und hat uns so den Weg zum Grundstück gezeigt. Ich war tief beeindruckt, als wir aufs Grundstück gefahren sind. Die Bilder sind kein bisschen übertrieben. Ich hatte ja mit einem schönen Pool und einem netten Haus gerechnet, aber das hat doch meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Unser Kind war so begeistert, dass es direkt mit Kleidern in den Pool gesprungen ist. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten und schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Man findet alles, was man braucht. Das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Hinterm Haus gibt es auch eine Sitzecke mit Außengrill, Spülbecken und Waschmaschine. Im Haus gibt es zwei Klimaanlagen. Eine im Wohnbereich, eine im Bereich der Schlafzimmer. Die letztere haben wir aber nie angemacht. Das Haus hat an allen Fenstern Insektenschutzrollos und Fensterläden. Tagsüber haben wir die Schotten dicht gemacht und nachts bei offenen Fenstern geschlafen. Das ging wunderbar. Ursprünglich hatten wir uns ein großartiges Kulturprogramm zusammengestellt: Tal der Tempel, Selinunte, Segesta, die Salinen..., es ist alles gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Am Ende haben wir die Hälfte gestrichen und den überwiegenden Teil auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Es war einfach zu schön.

La vue est tout simplement magnifique, la piscine ultra agréable et le maison dans l'ensemble bien équipée pour quatre (seul bémol la taille du lave vaisselle). L'emplacement permet de visiter facilement les sites alentours et tout est disponible rapidement aux alentours (commerces, resto ...). Accueil sympathique du propriétaire alors que notre vol avait pas mal de retard.

Amazing

I spent a beautiful holidays, The pool is wonderful It seems To swimn in The sea. The house is immersed in a beautiful garden you can dine on the terrace from which you enjoy a wonderful view. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the owners Leo and Marisa are kind and helpful. We recommend this property also for the ideal location to move around the western part of Sicily.

Ein Schönes Domizil in wirklich ruhiger Lage. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und schön angelegter Pool, der abends beleuchtet wird. Das Grundstück hat einen Garten und eine große Terasse, so das es sowohl Sonne als auch Schattenplätze gibt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Kücheninventar könnte verbessert werden( Schüsseln, Holzbretter, Stabiles Besteck).Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

L'emplacement de la maison est juste exceptionnel, la vue est magnifique depuis toutes les terrasses et particulièrement depuis la belle piscine à débordement.La maison est fonctionnelle et très adaptée à des jeunes enfants qui trouveront des jeux et des balançoires. Pour ne rien gâcher, Leonardo et sa femme sont adorables.

Excellent séjour à Valderice / Bonaggia

Nous sommes arrivés relativement tard, mais Leonardo, le propriétaire, était là pour nous accueillir avec une bouteille de vin. La maison nous a tout de suite plu, notamment pour son emplacement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison n'est pas très grande, mais l'intérieur est fonctionnel. Le grand plus est naturellement la piscine et sa terrasse, qui sont toutes neuves, et qui nous ont procuré de grands moments de bonheur. La batterie de cuisine était un peu insuffisante, notamment pour une famille de 5, mais Leonardo était à l'écoute, et nous a apporté rapidement l'essentiel de ce qui manquait. Nous dirions également que les lits superposés dans la 3ème chambre conviennent davantage, de par leurs matelas, à des enfants légers plutôt qu'à des adultes. Par ailleurs, si cela était possible, il faudrait mettre la climatisation plutôt dans les chambres que dans le salon / salle à manger car en été, c'est vraiment dans les chambres que l'on souffre le plus de la chaleur. A défaut, il faudrait installer 2 ventilateurs au plafond dans les deux chambres enfants, comme chez les parents. A noter toutefois qu'à en croire les locaux, la semaine de notre séjour (29.07 au 05.08) était particulièrement chaude, même en Sicile. Petit bonus: nous avons passé une journée en bateau avec Léonardo. Nous avons visité Favignana, une des îles Egades, et avons pu profiter d'eaux très claires pour faire du snorkeling, accompagnés de Léonardo et de sa fille, des personnes très agréables. Great place to stay, 30 minutes drive from San Vito Lo Capo

We had a great week at Leonardos place in Valderice. The house contained all what you need for a relaxing holiday. Wonderful terraces and a stunning infinity swimmingpool, with a great view of the Mediterrian sea. We enjoyed to go to the wonderful San Vito Lo Capo beach almost everyday and also visited the nice city of Erice on the top of the mountain next to the house.

Posto veramente bello con una vista stupenda, tranquillo e molto rilassante!

La casa è confortevole e la si può godere al meglio nel tardo pomeriggio al rientro da una giornata al mare...un tuffo in piscina rigenera tantissimo. Il sig. Leonardo è molto disponibile. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa proprietà.
