Sono piacevolmente soddisfatto per il pernottamento nella struttura. Ho trovato un personale preparato e accogliente. Abbiamo scelto l'opzione appartamento e ci siamo trovati una stanza molto comoda e raffinata. Non mancava nulla. È stato molto gradito anche i vari omaggi che ci hanno accolto.

Auch nach dem dritten Mal zu Besuch im Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi Bormio sind wir begeistert von dem Hotel und der Therme. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Einzig die Abendkarte im Restaurant ist etwas gar überladen mit schwerer Kost und irgendwie nicht passend zum restlichen Standard des Hotels und des Bades. Wünschte mir da etwas frischere Küche.

One of my all time favourite hotels. It is a unique property with grand architecture of the 1830’s when it was built and majestic views. The pools are delightful, food excellent and the service was superb. I stayed 7 nights and enjoyed it all.

Abbiamo dormito una notte nel Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi, usufruendo dell'ingresso alla SPA a partire dalle 15 (orario check-in) e anche nel giorno successivo, senza limiti di orario. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, sia per la stanza che per le terme.

La struttura non è male ma le terme sono dispersive, mi aspettavo di più... bisogna addizionare la visita i bagni vecchi per avere una terma completa. Ci sono poche doccie (una sola a reazione). Siamo andati durante la settimana, gente non ce n'era molta, figuriamoci nei weekend e festività. L'aperitivo serale era accettabile ma faceva molto freddo all'interno del locale. C'era solo un tipo di thé a disposizione e nessun break nelle terme. Non posso paragonare a quelle di Milano... che però consiglio. Riguardo le stanze sono carine ma non era disponibile niente per farsi un thé o un caffé in camera (nessun bollitore e/o nespresso). Nota molto positiva: ambiente esterno molto bello e che paga per un simile soggiorno.

Considerato il prezzo delle camere alle terme dovrebbero esserci delle zone o vasche riservate per gli ospiti. Gli ospiti si ritrovano insieme a mille persone che entrano in giornata in vasche super affollate. Ritengo che anche il numero di persone a cui viene permesso l’accesso sia eccessivo. Non lo ho trovato un posto rilassante ed wsclusivo ma sembrava un posto di massa e assolutamente caotico.

This is our go-to Hotel in Bormio and we have stayed here several times. We love the location, food, cleanliness, staff attention, service but this time they slip in one area: room type/size. I usually pick the Jr Suite but decide to do a small upgrade and picked the suite. Be careful. The hotel room configurations vary and the "suite" we were signed was divided into 2 small rooms...very small in total space and nothing close to the photos on Expedia. We asked the reception about it and were told that it's a suite with a different arrangement. They did check if we could be moved, but all suites were booked. The only option was to go back to a Jr Suite but since we did the reservation by Expedia an adjustment in the rate was not done (not even an amenity or something else to compensate the misunderstanding),a bit cheap on their side. I did this reservation 7 months in advanced so not sure how they allocate the rooms once a reservation is made. For a 5 Star hotel they should have gone a little bit farther since we ended up spending +$3K USD on 3 days and we do plan to keep using the hotel next year with a few friends. So bottom line....the best option in Bormio, excellent Spa, great food, but do check the room type and arrangement directly with the hotel.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e devo dire che è stata una vacanza perfetta. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile, attenzione al cliente, ottima la pulizia anche delle stanze. Parco termale stupendo. Colazione fantastica e buona anche la cucina del ristorante però avrei qualche appunto da fare: - in una struttura così non farei pagare il parcheggio per chi soggiorna - farei divieto di bagnare i capelli perché ritrovarsi i capelli nelle piscine, pur essendoci sicuramente una pulizia quotidiana, in un 5 stelle di questa levatura non è consono e piacevole, - non farei pagare, seppure scontato, l’accesso alle piscine del Qc terme bagni vecchi in quanto se sono nelle piscine dell’uno non sono in quelle dell’altro per cui non occupo più posti contemporaneamente... almeno un accesso gratuito di prova lo farei fare, -indicherei la temperatura dell’acqua per ogni vasca Per il resto nulla da dire.
