“The staff were very friendly”

“A photo of the accommodation on the website gave the impression it was where I was staying, in fact it was another site. My duplex had a staircase blocking the bedroom window I believe I should have been told about this before I arrived , the view, such as it was beyond the staircase was a carpark which was half filled with tradesmen’s vans, led me to wonder if this was holiday accommodation. Outside a few tubs with neglected plants and cigarette stubs. The duplex though was spacious and……
